Exchange and Return Policy – Infitiny Commerce

When can I request an exchange or return?

You can request an exchange or return in the following situations:

1 - Product with manufacturing defect

2 - Wrong product received (model, color, size, etc.)

3 - Product damaged during shipping

4 - Order not received within the maximum delivery period

 Timeframe to request

You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to contact us and request an exchange or return.

If the product has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe (typically 15 to 30 business days), please contact our support team.

 How to request an exchange or return

Order number

Full name

Photos/videos of the received product (in case of defect or error)

Reason for the request

 

After reviewing your request, we will inform you of the next steps within 3 business days.

 Refunds

The refund will be made in full to the same payment method used during the purchase.

The refund process may take up to 7 business days after the return is approved.

In some cases, the customer may keep the product and receive a partial or full refund, depending on supplier evaluation.

 Important Notes

Personalized or discounted products cannot be returned, unless defective.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind after 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Infitiny Commerce does not cover return shipping costs to international suppliers, except in cases of product defect or store error.
